Underwater Lights

Underwater lights will add another eye-catching dimension to any water feature, waterfall or pond. All the underwater lights in this category are fully submersible and so have the suitable IP rating (Ingress Protection) rating of IP68.

Lights can be placed within the water to provide mirror and shimmering effects. If placed by a waterfall type garden feature and directed to where the water splashes, you will be amazed with the extra sparkle that the light will add. By using a coloured dichroic lens, extra special effects can be created especially using the blue lens. In a pond the green lens can be very effective. Lumena underwater lights use replaceable bulbs. Use LED for extra long life, low running costs and use the Daylight White 6500K option if using in a water feature for extra ‘cool’ effects.

Always test in a bucket of water before use in case the top of the fitting has not been correctly screwed down. A word of warning, do NOT use Acid based chemicals in water features where you have installed an underwater light. Although Brass and stainless steel are very resistant to erosion they will be slowly corroded by acid that is used in fountains to clear the water.
