AlvaLED 40cm Riser Pole with 4 Fin Ground Spike

The AlvaLED Adjustable Spike Lights now have more options than ever before with our 40cm riser pole & ground spike.

These durable, anodised aluminium and powder coated aluminium riser poles have two main functions:

1. Adding height & stability
2. Creating twin spike lights

Our standard Alvaled single spike lights are supplied complete with a 250mm ground spike. This is perfect for uplighting small shrubs, ornaments and surfaces. For areas of high planting, a taller light will be required. This riser pole replaces the original spike quickly and easily. Simply remove the socket screw attaching the ground spike to the U bracket, and in exctly the same way, subtitute this for the larger pole. The 4 fin ground spike also adds extra stability to support the taller fitting. This also screws onto the base of the pole with a fixed, male thread.Attached together, this increases the original spike and riser length from 250mm to 565mm.

In addition to the above, the riser poles can be paired with a matching twin adaptor. The pole attached to the adaptor in the same way as the fitting; however, the adaptor can then support two fittings. These can either be angled in the same direction for double the output, or at different angles to create some great, dramatic effects. The fittings themselves are extremely versatile and can be positioned in many ways: up, down and side to side.

4 Colours of Riser Pole Available

The Alvaled 40cm riser poles are available in all 4 finishes to match the Alvaled fittings.  Classic black is a popular, powder coated finish. This looks great in daylight and disappears in darkness. Powder Coated Garden Green is designed to blend in with foliage. Both the titanium silver and cocoa copper finishes are anodised aluminium, which are extremely weatherproof. The titanium colour is designed to look very similar to contemporary stainless steel and cocoa to copper. Although they look very similar and use high quality anodised aluminium, they are a fraction of the price.
