STELLED – Marine Grade Stainless Steel Commercial Bollard Light – Professional Root Mount System
The Stelled is a 3mm thick marine grade stainless steel bollard, suitable for commercial use. These robust bollards are ideal for large pathways, commercial seating areas and driveways. Stelled bollards are equally ideal as amenity lights for larger public areas, car parks, lakes, golf courses etc. These locations often require a high level of light. The innovative design of the head allows space for a large 20W LED corn bulb. The 20w Corn Bulb supplied has an incredibly high lumen output (brightness). Ideal for use with most PIR and Photocell systems. Although smaller E27 LED Light Bulbs can be used, they will not create a full projection of light due to the large head size and positioning of the bulb holder.
A clear, UV stop polycarbonate diffuser surrounds the majority of the head (spares available). Silver aluminium internal louvres add character to the bollard and also act as anti-glare shields / protecting the LED bulb. All external screws are stainless steel allen (socket) type to ensure a completely rustproof and non-corrosive product.
The Professional ‘In-Ground’ Root Mount System gives extra security and stability. Importantly, the tubular bodies of Root mount bollards are different to a standard types. Extended tubes allow at least 400mm to be concreted in-ground, without losing any height above ground. A strong mounting bar inside the tubular body also acts as an anchor when set into concrete.

Distance between bollards – how far?
The distance between bollards varies depending on the bulb’s light output. Also the type of area and how much light you require. Below are some guidelines to determine how many bollards may be required for your project based on our recommended bulbs providing a constant light between each fitting:
- 20W LED Corn Bulb (DAYLIGHT WHITE) – 6m to 8m apart
- 20W LED Corn Bulb (WARM WHITE) – 5m to 7m apart
