Important Customer Notice
There are currently lots of uncertainties and worries with the issues surrounding the Coronavirus which are affecting us all. The Lumena Team is still dedicated in continuing to offer our customers the best customer service possible.
Although our on-site team is much smaller than usual due to some members of staff working from home whenever possible, the entire sales, technical, customer service and accounts teams are working as hard as ever to ensure they can still reply to any queries you may have, quickly and efficiently, including lighting plans which are currently in the design stage for future projects.
Our priority is the safety of our employees, customers and other service providers such as our daily couriers. We are monitoring and adhering to all Government guidelines surrounding the Coronavirus. Unfortunately, this has meant that our showroom is now closed to the public for the forseeable future and we are limiting our building access to couriers and postal services. Collection will only be authorised with a specific collection time agreed and at our discretion. We are also setting up as many employees as possible to enable them to work from home and reduce the number of people in the building at any one time with constant additional cleaning, distancing and other suitable measures.
HIGH STOCKS READY FOR DISPATCH
In addition, we are happy to announce that we have high stocks of almost all of our entire product range which are being processed as usual on a next working day delivery service. If you do have any lighting requirements in the coming months, please contact us and we will do our upmost to assist you.
