Important Customer Notice – Update 03/11/2020

COVID-19

There are currently lots of uncertainties and worries with the issues surrounding the Coronavirus which are affecting us all. The Lumena Team is still dedicated in continuing to offer our customers the best customer service possible.

Due to concerns over rising cases, the working conditions of our on-site team have changed slightly, with some members of staff partially working from home and split Teams (bubbles). The entire sales, technical, customer service and accounts teams are working as hard as ever to ensure they can still reply to any queries you may have, quickly and efficiently, including lighting plans which are currently in the design stage for future projects.The warehouse are also working extremely hard to get all of your orders out to you as quickly as possible.

VISITING OUR SHOWROOM

Our priority is the safety of our employees, customers and other service providers such as our daily couriers. We are monitoring and adhering to all Government guidelines surrounding the Coronavirus. Based on the recent announcement of another National Lockdown from Thursday 5th November, our showroom will be closed to the public. For trade customers, meetings can be arranged by appointment only with strict rules which must be adhered to, although we do urge our customers to attempt remote meetings if possible. We can only accept a maximum of 2 people in the showroom at any one time. A mask must be worn at all times, hand gel used upon entry and exit, and social distancing rules adhered to. The use of other facilities will be limited. Card payments are preferred and advised. We are also ensuring constant, additional cleaning is undertaken and other suitable measures put in place to keep everybody as safe as possible. Collection of orders will only be authorised with a specific collection time agreed and at our discretion.

We are limiting our building access to couriers and postal services with access to only at collection and drop-off points.

HIGH STOCKS READY FOR DISPATCH

We are happy to announce that we have high stocks of almost all of our entire product range which are being processed as usual on a next working day delivery service. If you do have any lighting requirements in the coming months, please contact us and we will do our upmost to assist you.

DELIVERY

Although we still aim to dispatch orders under our usual terms of Next Working Day Delivery (cut of 3pm Mon-Fri), it is inevitible that with high street shops closing of rthe next 4 weeks, couriers are going to very overwhelmed. Rest assured we will do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible but please bear in mind that some delays may occur which are out of our control. We politely ask that you allow 3 working days for delivery before contacting us about your order as our phone lines and emails will be very busy with limited staff. Tracking will be provided as soon as orders have been dispatched. Thank you for your understanding.
