Lighting up Barbados

Professional Solar Lighting Installed at Mullins Bay

Residents at Mullins Bay, Barbados, have recently been on a hunt for cost effective and energy saving lighting solutions to illuminate surrounding pathways and car parks in the complex.

Martin Bennett, Managing Director of Lumena Lights, was approached by the residents at Mullins Bay to aid in coming up with an outdoor lighting solution. Lumena Lights has provided the perfect offering – Solar Lighting, ideal for such a sunny climate. This includes some known designs such as the Eccentrica, Halopost, Sol-Icon, Pathmaster, Panama, Uniled, Olympia and one of our recently released Observa PIR Floodlight.

These have been installed on all seven properties as well as the surrounding vicinity, with a single aim of improving safety, security and aesthetic. These are situated at Eastry Garden adjacent to Mullins Mill.
Barbados is one of the more popular holiday destinations, with the sun beaming almost all year round! Martin commented, “Barbados is ideal for solar lighting with the constant bright sunlight. The only time there isn’t sun is when it’s raining!” If you ever find yourself in the area, visit Eastry Garden, preferably at dusk, to have a look at just how effective our solar lights are!

It is safe to say that the residents are very pleased with their new upgrade!

See what they have to say below:

“Thanks Martin. The lights are great and look stylish.”
